Gavin is an Associate Broker with over 22 years of real estate experience. He started in real estate in 2003 by negotiating short sales and doing fix and flips. He was first licensed as an agent in 2009.

In addition to working with local retail and investor clients, he also speaks nationwide, training new investors on topics such as foreclosure, short sales, and negotiation. Flipping homes has provided a unique view of the market, as well as hands-on experience in many of the neighborhoods of Ada and Canyon County.

Gavin’s negotiation skills are put to good use in helping clients get the most for their dollar when buying, or to get the best price possible when selling. Having lived in the Boise area for over 35 years, Gavin enjoys a wealth of outdoor activities, especially snowboarding and golf. He currently resides in NW Meridian with his wife and three children.
